dr. Bauer checked, and he says crown for #18 implant is too small, and that is why I keep biting underneath the tongue.
dr. Bauer asked me to find out type & size of #18 implant so that he can replace the crown for #18.
this check by dr. Bauer will be covered 100% by Physicians Mutual, counter lady checked and told me.

- Physicians Mutual cover 100% for exam only twice a year. After twice a year, not covered by Physicians Mutual in that year.
- One X-Ray was taken.
- bottom left implant all the way back had inflammation around the gum.
- dr. bauer prescribed magic formula mouth rinse from “Alaska Family Pharmacy” across the street.
- Mouse wash not covered by insurance and paid $14.50 to “Alaska Family Pharmacy” with Citi card.
- Next follow up appointment on March 9, 2026 @08:30AM. No charge at that follow up day.
