After twice a year, not covered by Physicians Mutual in that year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One X-Ray was taken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>bottom left implant all the way back had inflammation around the gum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dr. bauer prescribed magic formula mouth rinse from &#8220;Alaska Family Pharmacy&#8221; across the street.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mouse wash not covered by insurance and paid $14.50 to &#8220;Alaska Family Pharmacy&#8221; with Citi card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next follow up appointment on March 9, 2026 @08:30AM.
